Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kuberhunt Edge ("Edge", the "App", or the "Service"), owned and operated by Kuberhunt Treasure Private Limited ("Kuberhunt", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to Edge, or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Edge.

1. What Kuberhunt Edge Is

Kuberhunt Edge is a single, bundled, auto-renewing subscription that gives you access to research calls and recommendations ("Recos" or "Calls") sourced from one or more SEBI-registered Research Analyst partners (each an "Edge Partner"). As of the date of these Terms, the Edge Partner is Investology (SEBI Research Analyst Registration No. INH000015297, BASL Membership No. 6072). We may add, change, or remove Edge Partners from time to time; the then-current Edge Partner details are disclosed within the Edge subscription flow and in the App.

2. Kuberhunt's Role — Distributor, Not Advisor

For Edge, Kuberhunt acts solely as a technology platform and distributor that publishes and delivers Calls authored by the Edge Partner. Kuberhunt is NOT a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser, does not author the Calls, does not provide investment advice, and does not exercise any discretion over the content, timing, or merits of any Call. Every Call available through Edge is the research output and opinion of the Edge Partner alone.

Each Call is authored, owned by, and the sole regulatory responsibility of the Edge Partner under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and all applicable SEBI circulars. Any advisory relationship arising from the Calls is between you and the Edge Partner; Kuberhunt is not a party to that relationship.

3. Eligibility, Account, and KYC

To subscribe to and use Edge, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are an Indian resident, and you are not prohibited by any applicable law from using the Service.
• The information you provide during sign-up and KYC is true, accurate, current, and complete.

Access to your account is secured through one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number and/or email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and device secure and for all activity under your account. Activating an Edge subscription requires SEBI-compliant digital consent and KYC verification (including PAN and Aadhaar). Activation is at the Company's and the Edge Partner's discretion and subject to successful verification.

4. No Guarantee — Market Risk

SEBI registration, BASL membership, and NISM certification of the Edge Partner in no way guarantee its performance or assure any returns. Investments in securities are subject to market risk; the value of investments can rise or fall, and in leveraged products such as futures and options (F&O) you may lose more than your initial outlay.

Calls are provided for information only, are not personalised investment advice unless expressly stated by a Registered Investment Adviser, and do not constitute a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Read the Risk Disclosure in full and consider your own financial situation before subscribing to or acting on Edge.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Edge is an auto-renewable subscription offered in monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans. The title, length, and price of each plan — inclusive of applicable taxes — are shown to you at checkout before you confirm. Prices may differ by platform and may change over time; any change applies only to renewals after the change takes effect.

5.1 Payment

On Apple devices, Edge is sold as an in-app purchase and payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. On other platforms, payment is collected through our authorised payment partner (e.g. Razorpay) using the payment method you provide. By subscribing, you authorise the charging of your selected payment method for the plan you choose and for each renewal until you cancel.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically for the same plan and at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal amount is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5.3 Cancellation

You can manage or cancel auto-renewal at any time: on Apple devices, in your Apple ID Subscriptions settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions); on other platforms, from your Kuberhunt account or by contacting support@kuberhunt.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to Edge until that date. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy and by SEBI's rules for research-analyst fees (including the one-quarter advance-fee limit and refunds for unused periods). For purchases made through the Apple App Store, refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.

6. Your Use of the Calls

All Calls, research, and related materials delivered through Edge are the intellectual property of the Edge Partner. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view and act on the Calls for your own investment decisions only. You shall not copy, redistribute, resell, republish, forward, screenshot for distribution, or otherwise share any Call with any third party.

Neither Kuberhunt nor the Edge Partner executes trades on your behalf. Acting on any Call is your decision, performed through your own broker and demat account. You are solely responsible for assessing suitability, sizing positions, setting and honouring stop-losses, and managing your own risk.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or use automated tools to extract content or data from the App without permission.
• Share, resell, or redistribute Calls or your account access to any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, other accounts, or our systems.
• Use Edge for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property and Licence

All intellectual property rights in the App — including software, design, logos, and trademarks — are and remain the exclusive property of Kuberhunt or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence grants you no ownership rights.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuberhunt disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, nor the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any Call, all of which are the responsibility of the Edge Partner.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Kuberhunt and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or trading losses, arising from any Call or from your use of Edge.
• Kuberhunt's total liability for all claims relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kuberhunt for Edge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Edge at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or unlawful activity, or where required by law or a regulator, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using Edge and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Clause 5.3. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@kuberhunt.com. Failing that, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, conducted in English. Subject to arbitration, the courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the App or by email, and your continued use of Edge after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cancel your subscription and stop using the App.
