No Expert, Reco, Reco Plan, or Modelfolio on the platform is a promise of profit or protection against loss. Neither Kuberhunt nor any Expert warrants or guarantees profits, protection against loss, or any particular investment outcome. All outcomes depend on factors beyond the control of Kuberhunt and the Experts.
3. Advice Comes From Independent Experts
Kuberhunt Treasure Private Limited operates a marketplace. It does not itself provide investment advice, hold demat accounts, or execute trades. Recommendations are issued by independent SEBI-registered Research Analysts and Registered Investment Advisors. A recommendation reflects the issuing Expert's view and methodology — not an endorsement by Kuberhunt.
3.1 Kuberhunt Edge — Bundled Partner Calls
Kuberhunt Edge bundles research calls sourced from one or more independent SEBI-registered Research Analyst partners ('Edge Partners') — currently Investology (SEBI RA Reg. No. INH000015297). For Edge, Kuberhunt is only the distributor: it does not author the calls and does not advise. Each call is the research and sole responsibility of the Edge Partner. SEBI registration and BASL membership do not guarantee performance or assure returns. You decide whether any call is suitable for you and you execute your own trades; no call is a promise of profit or protection against loss.
4. You Execute Your Own Trades
Kuberhunt never executes trades on your behalf. Acting on any Reco or replicating any Modelfolio is your decision, performed through your own broker. You are responsible for sizing positions, setting and honouring stop-losses, and managing your own risk.
5. Suitability and Independent Judgement
Reco Plans and Modelfolios may not be suitable for every investor. Consider your financial situation, risk tolerance, investment horizon, and objectives before subscribing. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the platform — verify all information independently and seek independent professional advice where needed.
6. Platform Availability
The platform and services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Kuberhunt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuberhunt and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits or data.
