1. Marketplace, Not Advisor
Kuberhunt is an online marketplace operated by Kuberhunt Treasure Private Limited. It connects retail investors in India with SEBI-registered Research Analysts (RAs) and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) — referred to on the platform as Experts.
Kuberhunt itself does not provide investment advice, does not hold customer demat accounts, and does not execute trades. Advisory is delivered by independent SEBI-registered Experts. Execution is done by you, through your own broker. When you subscribe to a plan, the fee goes to the Expert — Kuberhunt is the marketplace, not the advisor.
2. Expert Verification
Every Expert listed on Kuberhunt is a SEBI-registered RA or RIA. Their registration credentials are cross-checked against the official SEBI registry. Each Expert profile carries:
- The SEBI registration number and credential type (SEBI RA / SEBI RIA).
- Registration validity and expiry.
- Conflict-of-interest and personal-position disclosures, published per SEBI norms.
- AI-usage disclosures and standard terms for each plan.
3. The ₹1,51,000 Family Fee Cap
Per SEBI's 2024 Research Analyst guidelines, the total advisory fees you and your family unit can pay across all SEBI-registered advisors in a year is capped at ₹1,51,000.
Kuberhunt aggregates your active subscriptions and shows the remaining headroom against this cap, so the limit is enforced automatically before you over-commit.
4. Quarterly Advance-Fee Limit
Experts cannot collect more than one quarter of fees upfront. There are no annual lock-ins on the platform. Billing aligns with SEBI's advance-fee rule.
5. Cancellation and Automatic Refunds
You can cancel any subscription at any time. Unused subscription periods are refunded automatically, without paperwork. Cancellation does not relieve you of fees already incurred for periods already consumed.
6. Digital Consent and KYC
Every subscription is activated only after a SEBI-compliant onboarding flow:
- A digital, SEBI-compliant consent form.
- KYC verification using PAN and Aadhaar.
- A Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC) acknowledgment, presented at subscription — risk language is shown in the flow, never buried.
7. Reco Audit Trail
Recommendations (Recos) are timestamped and signed. Each buy/sell/hold Reco records the entry price, stop-loss, and target levels. Modelfolios publish holdings and weights with rebalance history. This produces an auditable record for every recommendation you receive.
8. Grievance Redress
If you have a complaint that is not resolved through Expert or platform support, you may escalate it through SCORES — the SEBI Complaints Redress System — which is integrated into the platform.

9. Kuberhunt Edge — Distributor of Partner Calls
Kuberhunt Edge is a bundled subscription that delivers research calls sourced from one or more SEBI-registered Research Analyst partners ('Edge Partners'). For Edge, Kuberhunt acts strictly as a distributor and technology platform — it does not author the calls, does not provide investment advice, and is not itself a SEBI Research Analyst or Investment Adviser. Every call is the research and sole responsibility of the Edge Partner under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
The current Edge Partner is:
- Investology — SEBI Research Analyst Registration No. INH000015297, BASL Membership No. 6072.
Edge fees remain subject to the ₹1,51,000 per-family annual fee cap described above. Grievances about Edge calls may be raised first with the Edge Partner's grievance officer (Neelima Pillai, compliance@investology.in), and unresolved complaints may be escalated through SCORES and the SEBI SMART ODR portal.
10. Investor Caution
